hello, it went well for the first time. I just know this site for almost than a week and I didn’t know or I had to come. But I came I took the step, it was bizar to go to a meeting like this. I didn’t feel comfortabel in the beginning and wanted to run away. But is was more me, just it was a big step to come out to others share something that you can not share with friends.

There is some burden of me, and it is good.

Well, I’m intending to come to the next one, assuming its not next Friday (as I’m in Newcastle next weekend too), but I want to attend and meet some other young gay people

What type of “meetin” was it? Was it just drinks, or was there a private room for us to socialise, play games etc?

I’m reall looking forward to attending my first.

combined Christmas dinner on Friday 7th Dec…..we will put all the younin’s togehter.

No games…….hehe…..jsut drinks and then dinner……I dont think the venue we used though is suitable for future events……the downstairs crowd is becoming increasingly wierd at that venue early on a Friday night…….not the most welcoming place especially for someone who has never been in a venue in the Darlinghurst area before.

if you are on my F2B newsletter list then you’ll be notified of details.

you haven’t signed up you can get on the list here.

I think it was very brave you of you to come all the way into the city on public transport….to a venue you’ve never been to before….and meet a group of total strangers……I really hope that in the end you found it helpful to talk and meet with others.

we certainly enjoyed meeting you and hearing more of your story.

do you think that one year heterosexual friends and supporters could march with you too? I would be so proud to march with you all.
