How do I deal with rejection?


One of my favourite sayings is There is always light at the end of every tunnel


There is always healing …

There is always hope …

There is always love …


Yes it does hurt for a while … but I am learning from past experience that dwelling on it is not helpful emotionally and physically … best to focus on those things that enable me to grow and become a better person.

I like that.. It hurts now and this too will pass. I am a wonderful person and there will be someone who will see that and connect with me in a way I need.
