We all struggle with adversity and face pretty big obstacles as we travel on our journey. Resilience is a quality that allows us to carry on despite the opposition we face. It can be hard to find at times and we risk letting stress and anxiety consume us.
How do we carry on when it seems so much is against us?
For our meeting in September, we’ll be discussing how we can keep resilience forefront when it’s needed most.
