That's what the headline said, but when the chaplain is quoted in the article, the term "not normal" isn't used and his words are much more graceful. Some news outlets love to report on events that make the church and Christianity look bad, and I honestly don't know what to make of this. Though I was very disappointed reading the headline, my attitude had changed by the time I finished the article.
