Hehe Cute. Reminds me of the ‘pente shuffle’ that was often done and the hopping on each foot that our senior pastor did (as a variation to straight jumping). It barely passed for dancing, like the video says, but was a really good work out!! 🙂 Actually we burnt a lot of calories for the Lord. And now that I think of it, it’s a wonder that no one has brought out a pente exercise dvd (as opposed to exorcise hehe). Now there’s a marketing idea!

glad you enjoyed it man in confusion…….we can sometimes have some intense discussions here so its good to have some light humour when we can…….hehe. 😀 😀 😀
