Fred Weisinger is a gay man with a compelling past. He is a child survivor of the Holocaust, a refugee and immigrant, and the oldest active member of Sydney's Jewish LGBTIQ community.

After two successful talks in both Sydney and Melbourne, Diversity ACT is seeking to bring Fred to Canberra to share his life story with the Canberra community. This will occur on Sunday 30 November, at the Hyatt Hotel Canberra.

To help us bring Fred to Canberra, we need your help to meet venue booking costs, as well as flights and accommodation for Fred and his partner.

This is a unique chance to hear from one of the last direct witnesses to the Holocaust, as well as listen to a community elder who lived through decades of changes in Australian LGBTI history.
