Hello all

I thought I would let the wider freedom2b community know about our successful fundraiser on the weekend.

As some of you may know we were privileged to have Bishop Gene in Melbourne this past week, sponsored by the centre for faith, life and learning.

On Saturday 1 June some of our Melbourne chapter attended the Gala dinner for Bishop Gene where we held a raffle and auction of various donated gifts and artwork. The night was wonderful and highly successful for our fundraising with $2000 raised on the night!

The funds raised will allow our key volunteers and chapter leaders to complete a day of training to further equip up for the life saving work of freedom2b 🙂

I want to personally thank each and every person who gave of their time, giftings and energy to make Bishop Genes visit a success and the fundraising team for their outstanding work.
