yep Myfanwe…..that is the trend that I find particularly interesting…….and has been slowly developing. There was a time it never registered on the search criteria at all but with so many people now searching us with various derivatives of freedom 2 b[e] it shows that our name is getting out there. So all that last 5 years of my constantly mentioning the name, writing articles, doing interviews, getting our website link up on various sites etc is beginning to pay off. Glad to see that others are doing the same.


I had a funny experience the other night. I was at an LGBT community function in Sydney. I introduced myself to another leader of a very well known community group.Her response…No I have never heard of you.


Strange I thought…….what world have you been in…..hehe. (I resisted the temptation to say that though)


then as soon as I mentioned freedom 2b[e] her face lit up……..oh yes…….I hear you do amazing work (she said).


A similar thing has happened when I’ve attended national LGBT conferences.


So our name and the work we do is getting out there obviously….. 🙂

It’s good to hear that our name is getting around in LGBT circles and that people are actively talking about our important work to others.


BTW I must take the time to attend a Melbourne F2B Chapter meeting and see the great work happening there.
