Well I’m happy to report that this moderator has long since left the (hospital) building 😀 😀 😀

I’m pretty much mobile again now and back at the office. The gentle exercises and walking have helped I think. Just not doing any cartwheels or backflips. I’ll leave those to our politicians 😉

Also off the painkillers 🙂

Yep, I’m very pleased with the progress to date. Need to be careful that I don’t overstretch it.

It brings to mind that scripture that we are fearfully and wonderfully made, and that the human body is an amazing design 🙂
