Oh mags, I’m sorry to hear that you have had a similar experience, and that your ex isn’t in a place to seek help. I will pray for her. There is some wonderful support available for her and she could really experience a normal kind of lifestyle.
I’m happy to report that Michael is doing really well. He is managed by the right medication, he is drinking far less, in fact almost nothing. And he is finally working in a job that satisfies him. We just need to pray that he has some support soon. Some good friendships to develop now that he is in a new Job in a new environment.
My new partner is truly a gift to me. And I to him, from all reports. Thank you for your support and kind words. It is wonderful to have met a man who is like someone I have always known. A person who I have never been without and could not imagine not ever being mine. The first thing he did when he came to visit, when we went to Bondi for breakfast, was take my hand, and pray a blessing for our future and our relationship. I will never forget that, and the impact it had on me. Such strength, in the midst of the challenges we have both faced in our faith. It was a beautiful moment in our history so far.
Hey Mags, I missed you at Freedom this time, are you even in Sydney or are you a Melbourneite now? I do hope we get to hang and even boogie before I leave for America.
We may even have to see about getting a Freedom 2 e going in Maryland or Washington D.C.
