Hi all,

Sam & I just watched the movie ‘Reconciliation’ which is a Christian movie about a gay Dad and his Christian Son. I expected the movie to be rather anti-gay, to promote an ‘ex-gay’/change message and portray a negative message about LGBT people. To my suprise, the movie was a fresh breath of air and I am really pleased that this movie has been widely released in Christian stores around the world. It teaches Christians to love and to re-examine their thinking about gay people. The movie breaks stereotypes and could be used as a fantastic discussion starter with Christian family or friends.

I don’t agree entirely with the movie as they still say that homosexuality is a sin. Having said that, they also say that hypocrisy, judgement and selfish attitudes are sinful….so at least they are balanced in their views. 😉

Might not be everyones cup of tea but definitely worth a look!! 🙂
