Hi all

My son, Nick came out 2 years ago and turned our world upside down! He had grown up in a Christian home, never been abused, had a loving involved dad and I'm not a domineering mum. All the stereotypes were smashed and we decided to love and accept our son unconditionally while praying and researching. One of the resources I found in my search, was a blog by Susan Cottrell: http://www.patheos.com/blogs/freedhearts/. Through Susan I joined secret Facebook groups for mums of faith who love their gay kids and began the journey to changing my worldview and becoming a fierce MamaBear ally.

Now I have the privilege of helping Susan to set up a trip to Australia to share her life-giving message. She'll be here in June and speaking in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Melbourne and Sydney.
