so often more productive than being an activists……you get to work with the majority……known as the ‘moveable middle’

Thanks anthony. I Googled ”moveable middle” and found an excellent American presentation entitled Outlook on the Movement at http://www.lgbtmap.org about it.


According to this presentation, the moveable middle is that portion of the public who’s not yet supportive of LGBT equality – but might be persuaded.

thanks for that…..I heard the term ‘moveable middle’ first when I spent time with Harry Knox , Director of Faith and Religion Department of the Human Rights Campaign in Washington DC. In my travels i’d heard of MAP……but somehow it slipped my mind with all the other groups I connected with when I was last in the US.
