Hmmkay…

It has been a rocky few months…. I have 1/4 of the family not speaking to me because they think… THINK.. I am gay… They haven’t had anything confirmed, they are just acting on suspicion.

Awesome.

Also got a new job at a Christian based telco dealer… My manager practically outed me today.

There a few songs that make me burst into tears…. He played a certain Hillsong one today which had its usual effect…

He talked theology for a while (very slow day) and eventually said to me along the lines of “I am pretty sure I know what has been causing you so much agony, but I am not saying what it is until you do”…

He said at one point that “You don’t need to change one little bit to be accepted by God”, but the fact that he found out just shocked me so much.

I know that he is speaking to me as a friend, as opposed to a manager, but it doesn’t make it any easier.

At the moment I have drafted my resignation and am considering chucking the job in… After a whole two weeks.

Just so unsure of everything. Today has brought up so many things I thought I was ok with….

I think that I could handle Christianity well… Or the whole gay thing well… But together they just seem to weigh me down so much.

I hate being such a logical person sometimes.
